Arena Pitch
Independent competitive selection of startups, organized by the GoTech Innovation team.
Pitch session of 15 startups from Eastern Europe on the main stage of the GoTech Arena forum, selected from 700 applications.
The main selection criterion: whether the company is able to become successful in the global market.
How is
Arena Pitch organized?
Each performance: 3 minutes in English. During this time founder needs to convince members of the jury and audience of GoTech that the company will be able to compete globally and become a success story in a global market with a potential volume of over $ 1 billion.
The jury has 10 people: investors of top funds, entrepreneurs and partners.
OPPORTUNITY
Pitch on the main stage of GoTech Arena on October 15 in front of the audience of Russian and foreign investors, businessmen and representatives of corporations.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED?
GoTech experts and partners will select 15 startups out of 700 applications submitted for participation in the Arena Pitch. Finalists will receive 2 Startup category tickets to participate in the forum.
REGULATIONS
- For participation, startups are selected in the stages seed and round A.
- Selection criteria: the possibility of growth in the global market with a potential volume of more than $ 1 billion, difficult-to-copy technology, the current results of the project and the team.
- Startup has to be presented by one of the founders.
- 3 minutes given for the presentation.
- Pitch has to be in English.
- All participants of Arena Pitch undergo individual preparation for the performance and take part in practice pitches.
the Untitled Ventures Special Award
the Untitled Ventures will select one of the nomination finalists and award the team with an investment proposal of $100 000
GoTech Innovation Special Award
GoTech Innovation will award the startup, selected by Arena Pitch Jury with 2 tickets to the Web Summit 2019 startup festival, which will be held on 4-7 November 2019 in Lisbon (Portugal) and consulting support on entering the global market.
Vienna Business Agency Special Award
Vienna Business Agency will select one of Arena Pitch participants for the Special prize.
Opportunities for the winner:
Tickets for 2 startup representatives to attend FINTECHMATTERS conference on November 19, 2019 in Vienna. FINTECHMATTERS brings together innovators in the financial services industry like financial institutions, investors, decision-makers and multiplicators of the European FinTech Ecosystems.
The event will take place during FintechWeek 2019 from November 18th to November 24th, 2019 - a FinTech festival with crucial stakeholders in the FinTech, Banking & Insurance, Legal scene and Vienna’s rising FinTech stars.
Award includes:
Compensation of 50% up to a maximum amount of 2500 EUR the following expenses: travel expenses, expenses for accommodation up to a maximum of 14 days, tickets for FINTECHMATTERS conference.
Conditions of participation:
- This program is designed for startups that are beyond the idea/prototype stage and have already successfully launched in their domestic market.
- For startups that are looking for international partners in the FinTech sector.
